Nano Lab, Inc. is proud to introduce ZnO Shield™ a game changing eco friendly photocatalyst self cleaning surface coating system powered by Zinc Oxide.

We are the first company in the world to incorporate pharmaceutical grade nano scale Zinc Oxide into a water based hydrocolloidal solution that can be sprayed onto almost any substrate.

ZnO Shield™ will perpetually reduce contaminates on contact and when activated with light it becomes photocatlytic generating highly reactive oxygen species like OH−, H2O2, and O2−. The negatively charged hydroxyl radicals and superoxides are extremely powerful “scrubbing bubbles” that virtually eliminate all volatile organic compounds and malodors.

Self-Cleaning – The organic interface between the surface and absorbed species is broken down. The absorbed species can then be more easily washed away by rinsing or rain.

• De-pollution – Pollutants, such as oxides of nitrogen and sulfur present in vehicle exhaust and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), are altered once they contact the surface to form less harmful molecules or carbon and water.

LONGEVITY
ZnO Shield™ cures to the touch in a few minutes and to full strength within 72 hours. It is a very durable thin film with a 7h scale of pencil hardness for a single layer coat and serviceable life expectancy of up to seven (7) years when professionally installed with a electrostatic sprayer.

PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
This is not a retail friendly technology. The ZnO Shield material is sold under a no fee license agreement to factory certified installers only.

We require all new associates to purchase a electrostatic sprayer and attend a one day training class at our Port Richey, Florida training center or on-line in for overseas clients.
