Hydroxyl Generators with Active Electrostatic Filtration

Nano Lab, Inc. has improved the overall effectiveness of the “Hydroxyl Generator” exponentially by adding active electrostatic filtration.

Nano Lab’s Hydroxyl Generators key technology was designed by NASA and is known scientifically as Ultraviolet Photocatalytic Oxidation (UV-PCO) this technology is US-EPA accepted and US-FDA approved as a class 2 medical device. We blend 389nm UVA lights impregnate with our proprietary Anatase Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) and Zinc Oxide (ZnO) solutions.

This combination produces very powerful hydroxyl radicals and superoxides designed to kill bad bacterium and actively collect the potentially hazardous un oxidized fragments from the breathable air.

Nano Lab’s unit was engineered with a “vortex” killing chamber designed for maximum dwell time and single pass oxidization, this eliminates more harmful VOC’s, viruses, microbes and bacteria down to 0.001 microns in size. In comparison a HEPA air filter can only filter particles larger than .3 microns.

Traditional air filters do nothing more then collect contaminates, effectively removing some particulates from the breathable air, however they are collecting viable (living) breading microbes in a small area basically guaranteeing a hazardous situation.

We currently have two units available in 110v and 220v.

• NL-1000 will provide 10 complete air exchanges per hour in a 1,000 Ft2 Room.
• NL-4000 will provide 10 complete air exchanges per hour in a 4,000 Ft2 Room.
